Mr. Victor Herman Horn, 57, of the Eastwood Community, West End, North Carolina, died Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at his residence.
Survivors: Wife, Faye Hargrove-Horn; children, Amber Mellor, and Brittany and Lee Horn; mother, Marie Smith Horn; two sisters, Pam Santana and Lisa Ann Beckman; one brother, Donald Horn; and other relatives.

We're going to Miss Victor, and his Knowledge and Life's his Awesome Home-made Pizzas, We would sometime talk about who was the no. 1 Victor , so I told him since I been in the family the longest , I was. We was a quiet person sometimes but when you start talking about homemade recipes, he wouldn't stop talking. He was a good guy.
