Sending lots of love and prayers to your family in this time. We were blessed to get to know ?Nelson? during his time serving our church home at Sacred Heart. He was always a joyous, love filled man, who brightened the church with his friendly and caring ways. We will sincerely miss him, I can attest that our church will not be the same without him. May he smile down on us as he rests with our Lord!

Nelson, you are surely gonna meet my dad, Larry Ellis, up there in heaven. Give each other a big hug and pray for us down here. We love and miss you!!! You blessed me every time I went up to church at Sacred Heart!

Dear Family, Nelson was such a big part of the Sacred Heart family - especially to the Women of Sacred Heart. He worked so closely with us, always picking up the pieces when something went wrong - missing tables, chairs, and, of course, his tireless work at our Elphie [white elephant] sale. He was easy to work with and there was nothing he couldn't do. I will miss him.
