
Mr. Thomas “TJ” McCain, Jr.
On the afternoon of December 21, 2021, Thomas Kelly McCain Jr. “TJ 40” of Southern Pines, North Carolina, died at the age of twenty-nine, at his home in Southern Pines. He was born to Thomas Kelly McCain, Sr. and the late Lisa G. McCrimmon, on July 18,1992, and he now also has a stepmother, Patricia McCain.
“TJ 40” was a great brother and an amazing father. He did everything he could to support his boys. He was also a man that was always there when you needed him. He was a loving, caring, hardworking man with a heart of gold, that was very soft spoken and truly loved by all.
Those left with many fond memories of TJ are his two adorable boys, Thomas Kelly McCain III “Fatboy” and Jeremiah Latrell McCain “Breezy”; his parents, Thomas Sr. and Patricia; his three siblings, LaBradford McCrimmon, Brandon McCain, and LaBrittia McCain; two stepsisters, Sherita Hood and Dakoriya Coleman; one stepbrother, Leroy Coleman; four special people that he viewed as his brothers and sisters, Acirema McCrimmon, Jykeal McCrimmon, Shaqueena Thomas, and Kwamane Cain; also a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear friends.
