Mary Dolores Dixon died on Monday, July 6, 2020, at her home in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
She was born May 30, 1944, in Moore County, North Carolina; she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Sylvester Dixon, Sr.
Dolores was a graduate of West Southern Pines High School in the class of 1962. Mid Pines Resort is where she was employed for many years. She will be dearly missed by her family.
Left with fond memories of Dolores are her daughter, Heidi Francine Dixon; two brothers, Sylvester Dixon, Jr. (Betsy) and Alfred Dixon (Linda); two sisters, Shirley Dixon and Cathy Dixon; a host of nieces and nephews; six special cousins, Rosemary, Tabitha, Patrick, Elizabeth, Kya, and Tyrun; and other relatives and dear friends.
