Mr. John Mears, Jr., 68, of Aberdeen, North Carolina, died Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at the FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Survivors:  Wife, Velma Mears; children, Rodney Collins, Saniyyah Rahman, Silkeya Williams, and Shakora Hart; twelve grandchildren; and other relatives
